Refund policy

Because each Lovemotora piece is custom-made and personalized especially for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.

Please make sure all personalization details, names, dates, audio files, and uploaded information are correct before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Lovemotoraco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will gladly review the issue and help resolve it.

LoveMotora is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect shipping addresses, or missing/incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
